My recent stay was exceptional. The staff consistently exceeded my expectations, fulfilling every request. The room offered a stunning view and was meticulously maintained. Room service was also excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding adjustable shutters to the pool deck, offering guests the option of increased privacy or openness.

Bintana sa Paraiso Naasag Stay

We had great stay at the Bintana sa Paraiso last 12-16 July 2026. The first villa we stayed at, had a fantastic view of sunrise and sunset. The hosts namely Rosalie, Charry, Joy and Jetro were very accommodating. It was an awesome gesture when Charry and Joy sung a birthday song for Michael. We really appreciate it! The food they serve was delicious especially the spring rolls, grilled and buttered shrimps and the mango float for dessert is yummy 😋. But unfortunately the villa we stayed for the last night wasn’t the best. Recommend to fix all doors and water pressure to be able to get a better review. Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not because of the negativity mentioned above and the too much insects during night and lack of mobile phone service. This is a perfect place for people who love quietness. Thank you

Good view, comfortable stay, only food needs improvement

Great view. Amazing setting overlooking the sea. Rooms are very clean and they really tried hard with the aesthetics. It was worth the price and it was quiet in the evening. The staffs are also good. We love the pool on our balcony facing the sea. Everything was good except the quality of their food when we ordered for our dinner. High price but very poorly cooked or executed. The server told me he was the only one cooking for the night. Will post photos of the dish at the bottom. Stay is very comfortable and worth it, Only the food needs improvement.

We came back from our vacation We stay there for 3 nights and 4 days, everything is fine we enjoyed our stay even though theres a lot of insects, we even saw that the other room the staff is always cleaning their pool while our pool they dont even clean it and every morning theres a lot of insects in the pool so my partner had to cleaned it every morning and i have a little concern about one of your staff that made a very disrespectful joke on me, i asked if they can pick us up on DREAMLAND BEACH RESORT and they agreed, and on the day this guy pick us up and while we are in the guy he asked my partner if he can drive a motorcycle and my partner said no bc it's too he's still doing he's drivers license and he asked me if i know how to drive and i said "NO" and he made this inappropriate jole " Oh kay sir lang ka kabalo mag drive haha " i didn't say something back bc i was shocked also. I hope you can talk to your staff about this i don't know if he's working there in NAASAG bc i never saw him after he dropped us in Bintana sa Paraiso. Not all people know how to accept this kind of joke i guess every people are different, my husband also said that it was not nice to say
