10.0네 맛있게 먹었어요. 부모님도 드실 수 있는 메뉴가 있었고 아이들도 잘 먹었습니다. 늦잠으로 조식을 이용하지 못하는 아이들을 위한 도시락 박스도 주셔서 잘 담아 먹일 수 있었어요~ 체크아웃 이후에 6층 라운지를 이용할 수 있게 해주어 편안하게 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 한국어 가능한 남자 직원과 영어 가능한 여자 직원이 로비 카운터에 있어서 좋았습니다.
− 화장실 샤워부스 내 물빠짐이 조금 약하고 청소가 덜 된 느낌을 받았어요. 물도 잘 나오고 다른 건 다 좋은데 약간 아쉽습니다. 최상급 서비스인만큼 가격은 조금 비싼 편이라고 생각되었습니다만, 대가족이 머물기에는 좋은 곳이라 추천합니다.

Poor owing to staff and poor practice
3.0− The hotel took a security deposit of 500 RMB. They said it would be refunded but it’s still showing as pending on my credit card. That’s over one month ago and I cannot get it taken off. I wasn’t expecting to pay this deposit - very poor business practice.
心も体もゆっくり過ごせる滞在
10.0地下鉄と直結していて、空港からの移動、繁華街（友好広場、中山広場等）への移動がたいへん楽でした。 また、スーパーとも直結しているので、買い物や食事にもたいへん便利でした。 ＧＹＭとプールも使い放題、部屋には乾燥機付き洗濯機（洗剤付き）も完備されていて、困ることが何一つありませんでした。
− 宿泊体験としては何もありません。何一つ不自由のない最高の滞在でした。 唯一あるとすれば、タクシーの運転手がホテルの場所が分からず少し迷子になったことです。 DIDIを使っていれば何ら問題ありません。外国宿泊者向けに、タクシー運転手に見せる場所を示す名刺サイズのカードがあると助かると思います。

9.0Great location to Convention centre metro. Galleria mall in the same building. Short walk to the harbour area. On my wife's birthday we came back to the room to find a little birthday cake and a card, very thoughtful.

7.0Location is very good, close to the shoreline and there is a shopping mall which you can enter directly from the hotel
− Breakfast could've been better, I wish there was more variety of food, especially fruits.
