10.0A few things were not working on arrival (AC, TV remote, light bulb), but the friendly staff fixed it when notified.

10.0My stay was only for 6 days but it was absolutely amazing the staff are so friendly & helpful..nothing was a problem.. I would highly recommend the Royal Hill Satun to everyone..best hotel I've stayed in for a long time ..I've truly have not got anything to criticise..memorable 💙

8.0Very nice hotel in a good location. Interesting build into the side of a hill, 3 different lifts to get to our room on level 4 was interesting. Needs some shade around the pool, but nice stay
