Hotel staff made false committments.
4.0I was told at the time of check-in that i can check out at 10:30 am. The shift changed and the new staff insisted me to check out at 8 am, without considering what was committed to me by fellow staff earlier

4.0I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !
