2.0− The hotel took my deposit of RMB800 and my room rate was RMB550. When I checked it there was no possibility to use a foreign Mastercard so the person at front desk said that they would return my deposit immediately after they subtracted my room rate from the deposit. It has been 6 days and this still hasn’t been returned. Can you please help me follow up?
