− The hotel smelled bad as soon as you walked in. The elevator was especially awful.

Clean rooms but service lacking.

− The breakfast was lacking. The front desk staff member was difficult to converse with and he tried to charge me, even though I had already paid on Booking. He needs more training on how not to try and charge someone, even though I showed proof I had already paid. It was a mess.
