8.0這家飯店值得給他機會，他可以表現的更好！入住時有免費的點心和清酒，非常加分！一泊二食的食物非常不錯！一樣也是酒精飲品暢飲不加價，加分！泡湯結束還有冰棒可以免費吃，加分！餐廳的服務人員很親切有禮，加分。 不過入住時可能因為語言，櫃檯服務人員沒跟我們說有點心和清酒及咖啡可以享用，我們隔天才知道，也沒機會享用了！另外，房間冷氣超爛，不過這裡一年有大概300天以上不太需要冷氣，所以問題不大！我覺得如果來洞爺湖想要找cp值好的飯店可以考慮！

8.0pros: right in the middle of the main street of lake toya, very convenient. all day free sake tasting. pretty good breakfast. nice indoor and outdoor onsen. free parking. pet friendly - saw alot of cute doggies. children play room available. overall very specious room. con: it’s summer and aircon was centralized and not working well. informed the staff and they told me to open the window and take a fan from them FOC. but i will still prefer my air conditional to work.

10.0Check-in was a little odd using a machine, but there was an employee who helped us. The nearby lake was beautiful, although we didn't have the clearest view from our room. The free sake was fun in the lobby. Breakfast was also tasty. The Japanese-style mattress (futon) could have used a bit more padding.
