1.0− We had a very disappointing experience. We paid extra to use the property’s parking, expecting it to be a safe and managed place to leave our rental car. During our stay, the car was damaged while parked there. We immediately informed the host, who acknowledged the situation, contacted the parking staff, and provided us with paperwork regarding the incident. However, when it came time to return the rental car, the parking operator denied any knowledge of what had happened, leaving us to deal with the damage ourselves. Despite having photos and notifying the host immediately, there was no meaningful follow-up or support to help resolve the issue. If parking is offered for an additional fee, guests should be able to rely on the host to properly communicate with the parking provider and assist when incidents occur. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and it left us with unnecessary stress and additional costs.

10.0מקום מקקסים ומפתיע, הליכה לא ארוכה למרכז העיר ולמדרחוב בטאורמינה. וילה מקסמה, קצת מדרגות אבל לא נורא, מארחת מקסימה. נוף מדהים. יש שירות חניה של המקום, הם לוקחים את האוטו לחנייה ומחזירים אותו כשרוצים. מומלץ ביותר

10.0Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Pomocna w załatwieniu transferu na lotnisko. Piekarnia na dole, blisko na widokową ścieżkę do miasteczka Castelmole. Lokalizacja ok, choć pod górę za to widoki z balkonu piękne 🤩😉 Na dworzec autobusowy 20 minut na nogach, do centrum Taorminy ok. 5 minut. Na plażę daleko ale jeżdżą autobusy co chwilę. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, bardzo dobre śniadania.
− Mały telewizor. Ciasna/mała kabina prysznicowa.

− Vi bodde inte i den riktiga B&B utan i en lägenhet i huset bredvid. Kändes som en extra lägenhet de fixat för högsäsongen. Den var helt ok. Ren och en fin balkong. Men det var inte riktigt vad vi trott.
