10.0Beautiful nature and a great location within easy reach of Sněžka. The hotel staff was super helpful, issuing our car driving permit quickly and providing clear instructions.
− You need a special permit to drive up to the hotel. It isn't the hotel's fault, but it's an important detail to keep in mind.

8.0Przyjazna i pomocna obsłga. Bardzo miłe towarzystwo, duży wybór śniadania, wygodne łóżka. Wszędzie jest czysto i schludnie. Piękny widok zarówno z pokoju jak i szybki dostęp do pozostałych szlaków.
− Hotel ma już swoje lata, lecz mi to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało. Chciałbym jednak trochę lepszą jakość składników (zarówno na obiedzie jak i podczas kolacji): szczególnie chleba.

8.0Za slušný peníz jsme se zde ubytovali v rámci hřebenové túry. Příjemným bonusem byla snídaně formou bufetu, kde si asi každý nenáročný turista vybere to své.... Celkově jsme byli s ubytováním spokojeni a vůbec nám nevadilo, že sociální zařízení ( sprcha, WC ) nebylo součástí pokoje, ale bylo na chodbě. Určitě se zde někdy příště ubytujeme, pokud půjdeme kolem :-) Děkujeme 🍀

Please note that the property cannot be reached by car in winter. Guests can either walk, or get picked up by a snow scooter for an extra charge of EUR 11 for one person for one way. Please contact the property for further details. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Scheduled departure is at 14:00, 16:00 or 18:00. Please confirm your reservation and time of departure by email.
In winter, the nearest parking place is at Strážné Lom which is 3.7 mi away from the guest house: GPS: 50°40'44.878"N 15°37'11.244"E. Transport by a snow groomer from the parking lot can be arranged for a surcharge.
In summer, paid onsite parking is provided and needs to be booked in advance while booking the accommodations. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Alternatively, in summer, it is possible to park free of charge on a parking lot Strážné Lom, 3.7 mi from the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
