La ubicación y la atención. Realmente excelente. Me sentí muy acompañada, era la primera vez que viajaba. Altamente recomendable. El lugar es limpio, cómodo, y sobrepasó mis expectativas respecto de la atención del dueño y del personal.

Sra Elcira was lovely, very kind and helpful. We had a good stay. There was a sign saying that fish washing was not included-this was a little strange. Coffee facilities were not available. It was otherwise a quaint little spot. Thanks for having us

Owners will rip off Tourists and charge inflated exchange rates!

The cottage was nice

− The owners ripped us off! Our confirmation stated we would be charged before arrival, but they never did. So the lady on site messaged saying we can pay USD110 or ARS123,000 which we did not do the conversion before going to get money. We said we would pay ARS and arrange to make payment, I messaged the lady on site (not the ownder) on our last day saying we were going out for dinner can we pay when we get back and she said no problem, if it was an issue we would have gone into town in the day to get the cash but we were never contacted through our stay to arrange payment ASAP. When we got back we questioned the exchange rate as they claimed it was ARS1100 to 1USD which everywhere online said it was only approximately USD845 and they refused to tell us how they got that rate. We then said ok well we will pay on Credit Card (which we previously had confirmed is ok in the messages but for a fee) then they said "we do not accept foreign cards - cash only" This went back and forth til we just paid it feeling completely ripped off and they were not being helpful at all and taking advantage of us as we did not have USD cash. We contacted booking.com support and the hotel said we were trying to leave paying to the last minute (we were in the cottage ALL DAY and no one came to us and we had confirmed it was ok to pay later as we didn't have the cash on us yet as the booking said payment charged before arrival and they wouldn't take card) They then said we "stole" a bottle of wine - yes I'll admit we were annoyed and took a $4 bottle of wine then returned it so calm down and don't deflect that you "stole $40 from us" I am very disappointed as our confirmation clearly said "the property will charge you before your arrival" so we had not gone and gotten cash out after being on overnight buses- be VERY careful booking this - the owners are clearly greedy!

Los colchones no son para descansar. Lo manifesté al pasar la primer noche y no pudieron resolverlo. Para el monto que abonamos y mas habiendo cobrado en dolares... Lo mínimo es tener colchones dignos para poder descansar.
