10.0Staff were amazing! They upgraded us for no cost at all! Ann (manager in charge) was amazing! He helped us with any enquires we had, helped us with getting a scooter, made the whole stay nice and easy! Highly recommend coming here!

4.0Die Nähe zum schönen Long Beach. Nicht direkt am Strand, aber zu Fuss in 3‘ zu erreichen.
− Die Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht den Vorstellungen, die wir uns aufgrund der Fotos gemacht hatten. Alles wirkte heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Verdorrte Pflanzen im Garten, schmuddelige Kissen im Aufenthaltsbereich und defekte Wasserhähne. Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht ab, die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern waren defekt und alles wirkte lieblos auf uns. Wir beschlossen, obwohl wir drei Nächte gebucht hatten, nach einer Nacht auszuchecken und wollten uns erkundigen, ob man uns mit dem Preis entgegen käme. Leider war jedoch weder vor Ort noch telefonisch jemand zu erreichen. Auf unsere schriftliche Nachricht nach dem Auszug hat niemand reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
