− Kitchen works, but has no ventilation/fan. The fridge needs some maintenance, it is way too cold, freezing both juice and ham solid overnight. It also needs some defrosting.

7.0We received a text message with information about the 3 codes needed to enter the room. This was convenient.
− The room wasn't particularly clean - underneath the bed very dusty, and the bathroom not very clean. No ventilation also so there was a musty smell around the room entrance and in the bathroom. Finally, the cleaners were quite loud on their phones etc sometimes in a morning and it was inconvenient to pay city tax via cash in an envelope. We wouldn't normally use cash and reaching the correct amount was tricky also. The bed is not very comfortable.
