− Staff antipatico e poco cortese. Non disponibile. Colazione non buona, brioches vecchie. Abbiamo chiesto di acquistare due bottigliette d acqua (prezzo 1€ scritto), ci hanno detto che con pagamento con carta di credito costa:1,50€.

2.0The rooms that we stayed in, were not actually in the hotel, but in a site about a block and a half away. There was no front desk, breakfast, or assistance available at the building where we were located. There was no air circulation, other than being able to open the windows even though air conditioning was part of the description. The employee who let us into the building, said that they do not turn on the air conditioning until June even though it was close to 90° during the day.The windows opened to a small courtyard down below where the dumpsters were housed. So it was hot, with no air circulation, and smelled like garbage for our entire stay. The beds were hard, the bedding was stiff polyester. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays we’ve ever had in a hotels.com property.
