− Inadequate heating - This was the coldest house during our 2 week stay in NZ! No heating in the bathroom was a major letdown.

10.0Everything was well presented, tidy and property kept to a great standard. Beautiful location that feels private and very relaxing. The cafe down the road was great and convenient too! Will definitely be using again in the future.

8.0Nice and tidy, clean, great facilities, quiet and peaceful location, comfortable, spa, linen provided, close to taupō centre, well equipped kitchen, parking spot, place was not huge but it was spacious enough to be comfortable
− maybe they didn’t realise we booked for 3, as the amenities provided such as bodywash, water bottles, milk etc was only enough to cater for 2 people, so we had ration it between us. also too many rules such as chlorinating the spa and having to put the rubbish out ourselves. took away the feeling of a relaxing holiday, this wasnt indicated in the description this would be required, so booking we did not expect for us to have to do so much. I would at least expect staff to be responsible for chlorinating the spa as I don’t expect all guests to remember and therefore may not be clean for the next person.

10.0Property is well maintained and perfect for a family get away trip especially if your from the bigger cities, secluded location but still close to diary’s and about a 10/15 min drive to the centre of town
