Awesome Hotel, great for families with kids

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Sanya. The room was great—spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was consistently good and attentive. The amenities are excellent: the aquarium, water park, and shows were especially impressive, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. Food quality was very good with lots of options. The location is also a big plus, with nice surroundings and attractions nearby. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience.

There's still room for improvement

Room is spacious and clean. Finding food can be challenging as most restuarants here are fully booked unless you wanna travel out a bit for food. Luxury theme park hotel suitable for family with kids. Our package comes with breakfast, hi tea and light dinner. Service provided by Ms Farhana is excellent. But for a five star hotel I was expecting the room to be fully automated still it's very traditional settings. There's room for improvement.

Location: nice and clean with fresh air neighborhood. Too bad that beach has constant waves and noone can swim there. I wish, with such a great hotel there was also a swimmable beach, so I did not have to split my family vacation into two separate areas of the city! Packing unpacking transfer and check ins take quite a time and uncomfortable. Thanks to a consultant ( butler) Shahzod made our check in process and introduction of hotel Atlantis Sanya very easy, and always stayed in contact for more assistance. Language barrier of local also takes extra time to understand each other. Shahzod spoke in english, russian and uzbek languages. The atmosphere was Great, my family and I as expected had a very pleasant experience. One aquarium itself already score a highest 10/10 for family vacations. However, beach problem has to be solved , so far 0/10 for the beach! Rooms are big nice and clean , spacious. I wish I could stay in such room a little longer if beach access was also included! There was a CDF DUTY FREE mall very close to hotel, you can even see it from your balcony! Hotel could organize a golf cart to such a close location, but they make you hire a taxi. Mall itself is very expensive for shopping, and no wonder why such a beautiful architecture does not have people shopping there. It was waste of time, better to have a normal mall with normal prices.

Excellent 3-night stay at Atlantis Sanya for our son’s birthday. Octonauts themed room was perfect for a family of 4. Best part of the stay was the staff, especially our butler Elena Hu, who accommodated our every request, from a delicious cake for our son to dinner and Beluga encounter reservations. Only complaint (and reason for 4 rather than 5 star review) is the layout/facilities of the hotel. Many of the hotel pools were closed off as guests were funneled to a relatively small and therefore crowded pool area. Closures appeared to be so that multiple lifeguards could watch a few open sections of the pool. Good to have lifeguards, but recommend having areas with lifeguards and swim at your own risk areas rather than adhoc gating off of multiple pool areas. Reclining pool chair backs were also locked in place (with padlocks)!? Lastly, nowhere to sit on the beach or even just looking at the beach and no beach bar meant the hotel wasn’t taking advantage of its best asset.

Our holiday at Atlantis Sanya was a genuine slice of paradise, but it was our butler, Farhana, who truly made it feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the moment we arrived, she provided a level of attentive, personalized service that we have never encountered before The resort itself is stunning—the marine life at The Lost Chambers Aquarium captivated our family, the waterpark was thrilling, and the pools and beach were immaculate. Every facility lives up to the Atlantis name. But the true magic came from Farhana's care. It was this kind of thoughtful, beyond-expectations gesture that defined our stay. Farhana was always available, incredibly responsive over WhatsApp, and handled every detail with a warm smile and calm professionalism. She didn't just manage our stay; she curated it.
