7.0Das Haus ist wunderbar, mit schönem Park, am Rand der reivollen Kleinstadt Mödling.
− Wir haben keinerlei Personal gesehen oder kontaktieren können: Einchecken aus Safe (okay), Rezeption nicht besetzt (16 Uhr!) während des kompletten Aufenthalts, Not-Kontakt-Telefon nicht besetzt, Emailkontakt nach 17 Stunden erwidert!! (Was, wenn wir uns z.B. ausgesperrt hätten?) Kein Frühstück, weil nur "Veranstaltungszentrum" ohne Veranstaltung. Ledigflich eine einzige Kaffeekapsel. - Das Haus ist sehr weitkläufig, mit div. Büros, lange Laufwege von Zimmer zu Rezeption bzw. Foyer.

− ab 20 Uhr ist die Rezeption anscheinend nicht mehr besetzt, daher stand niemand mehr für Fragen persönlich zur Verfügund. Sehr großes verzweigtes Gebäude mit vielen "nicht betreten" Schildern, die verwirrten.
