6.0We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. I won’t go into the rest of the conversation, but we left to find alternative accommodation. As this place had good reviews previously I’m not sure why this went so badly wrong. I would add that it was not the property I was expecting and although by some vineyards they didn’t belong to the owner.
