8.0La réservation via le site hôtel.com n’est pas relié à l’établissement et lors de mes deux séjours ma réservation n’était pas enregistré/communiqué à l’hôtel. Dommage car établissement bien situé et bien dans l’ensemble. Les draps étaient remplie de sable

2.0We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use.
