Beautiful, family villa - right by the beach.

I loved the location - just a little outside of the town but close enough. Beautiful view of the beach. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The pool was lovely - nice space for a family. Wonderful terrace area. Security for the villa’s was so kind and helpful.

− Sadly the AC didn’t work in the middle floor bedroom. But it was ok for us.

This is a really great location and it is nice having a car port to park your scooter.

− The host is an absolute flamboyant drama queen. Before I even got to the villa he cussed me out over Whatsapp for verifying it was a private villa. He later apologized but still, very weird. Almost nothing works properly in the villa. The A/C units don't turn on and off properly, the cooking top did not turn on for us regardless of trying to turn on the gas, use a manual lighter and all that. Maintenance was able to come out and fix the stove. Every floor and I mean every single one of the 4 floors has a massive leak coming from the driveway side windows that leaves huge puddles on the floor you need to constantly mop up. Maintenance came out for that but did not fix anything. There are constantly Mosquitoes INSIDE the unit because of the massive gaps in the windows and doors. The cabinets in the kitchen are all stained and gross. The lights in the master bedroom turn on but are incredibly dim. Floors are all dirty. Horrible smell of mildue and mold throughout the house. I could go on but just imagine everything that could be wrong with a house and that is this place.

Most nice thing was the pool. Private pool of this house has two levels. One for kids and one for adults. This was great.

− House aircon had issue. Somehow host solved it one day before I leave. The house bathroom sinking system is very poor. Waste water doesn't go well on both showers and toilets.

Beautiful spacious villa wonderful Seaview from the 3rd and 4th floor big living room well equipped kitchen excellent pool with little kids pool. Fabien was great, he took excellent care of us and was quick to send engineers to fix anything that was needed.

− Air-condition throughout the villa is very old, it looks like the beautiful new villa was built around old ac. The living room is hot unless you never turn the ac off. 3rd floor bedroom ac also didn't work fine even after it was fixed. Water pump broke down and after it was fixed water pressure didn't reach the 3rd level well. Everything was fixed soon after reporting to Fabien
