2.0I booked for one night and arrived near midnight on the day of the booking. When I went to check-in, the receptionist was rude, unwelcoming, and more concerned about how much I paid for the one night than helping me to go to my room. Just because I had a promo-fare, I was treated like I begged to stay for free. In the room, all the furniture was broken, no towels and the room had an unfresh smell. It was very disappointing.

4.0I know this is an inexpensive hotel and well they didn't provide slippers for the bathroom,and there were roaches in the bathroom which made the first problem so much worse
