8.0Was small but ok, near the harbour and MTR. Go to Macao or to Airport is far but ok. Restaurants in and outside building also moneychanger and stores.
Poor cleanliness.
4.0Check on late at night with the aggrement of reception, no problem which was plus. Cleanliness is 2 out 10. Beddings and blanket was dirty, found some hair in he bed. Glad that we have to stay only for sleeping at night. Space is typical hongkong when you book a budget hotel. You get what you paid.
