6.0Atención al cliente, gestión en resolver inconvenientes técnicos u otros. Buena T del agua, blancos impecables. Cálidez y buena disposición del personal. Tranquilidad.
− La ubicación es buena, solo que un poco limitante por si quisieras salir a correr, ojalá existiera un parquecito cercano.

8.0La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro y de los puntos de entrada y salida de San Fernando. La atención excelente, muy amables y preocupados que la estadía sea la mejor.
− La entrada al hotel podría mejorar, ya que está muy apegada a la calle por dónde se llega, si está cerrada la puerta hay que esperar que la habran, pero es un poco complicado estacionarse afuera. Claro que si se avisa antes de llegar no habría problema ya que están esperando en el portón.
