− We couldn’t use the bbq, because if we used it according to the conditions we had to pay 1110$ for cleaning, which I think is not fair, because we pay a good amount as rent that facility so be give with no extra charge.
Once in the premises it was suitable for our needs.
7.0House was close to our relations and beach. Well appointed. Locals obviously keep an eye out of people at our house.
− No Wifi to be able to use tv. No information re location of utility room. If it hadn't been for cleaners arriving at key boxes we wouldn't have been able to get our key. No warning on garage door inside house re steps down .

Expensive and not homely at all

− The whole process of booking and organising was painful. I've booked it on Booking.com and paid for it. The first message I got from the East Coast company was an invoice and request for a deposit to "secure my booking". The house was smelly and not fresh. Rooms were not completly clean. There were 4 coffee pods for 3 adults for 2 nights...How is that suppose to work? Plus they were the wrong size for the coffee machine in the kitchen. Silly... The house is on the market to be sold, therefore no one is really interested. How easy would it be to have a key-safe at the house and not needing to wait for the friendly person to drop the key off and at the end we needed to do a detour just to give the keys back. Silly

6.0The location of the property was perfect.
− A lot of facilities/ utilities were broken such as tv antenna cord (had to purchase this ourselves- upon asking the managing agent if they could assist we never received a response), range hood was broken, fans were broken. Were advised the property needed to be cleaned sufficiently prior to departure however not many cleaning products were supplied to make this possible. Received details of check in only 15 minutes prior to arrival, no other details were provided prior to this time so made the arrival somewhat stressful as we were travelling two hours. The overall experience was pretty lousy to say the least and will not be rebooking unfortunately.
