− The difficulty to obtain the key as there was alot of back and forth communication in order to get it. Once we arrived at the property, we still didnt have the code to get in the door and needed to text to receive it. We also could not park in our designated parking space as one of the residents who was intoxicated had parked over his spot and ours and we had to park somewhere else. I dont believe this was good value for the money we paid for one nights accommodation here.

Nice clean compact unit. If we were staying longer we would have made use of the awesome pool.

The unit is exactly like the photos. It’s quite compact but very clean and met our needs for a 1 night stay

− Not that we didn’t like it but it is an older apartment block with some people living there (they were actually very helpful as we navigated our check in)

Would not recommend staying here!! Only saving grace was the pool, spa and garden areas.

The beautiful well maintained grounds, pool and spa. Good bbq area.

− Cockroaches!! Cutlery, dishes and cups dirty. No cleaning supplies, tea towels or cloths in kitchen. Uncomfortable beds, cheap Kmart pillows. Building materials in bedroom cupboard, no coat hangers. Bathroom screen caked with dust and dirt. Smelt damp, musty and not clean. Very badly renovated. Not worth the price!

Love Long Jetty, but won't stay in this unit again.

The unit was cool, the swimming pool was great, the residents were friendly. Close to shops.

− There was no table and chairs for eating, no coffee table, no dishwasher, no oven, no internal laundry, no ceiling fan in the second bedroom, no ensuite, no towel rails, no extra blankets for cold nights. The stools were the wrong height for the bench, and only 3 stools provided in a unit with beds for 5. Coin operated laundry. The agents wouldn't accept instantaneous electronic funds payment using OSKO and charged a HUGE surcharge for my credit card. The agents asking me to EMAIL photos of my license and credit card, NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, the agent telling me "We emailed you what you had to pay today in March", I hadn't booked until April. With my office packed for painting I had no access to "March" emails. No reminder in December of balance owing like EVERY OTHER AGENT HAS DONE WHEN WE'VE HAD A HOLIDAY RENTAL. No information about accessing Wi-fi provided by agent or visible in the unit. Way OVER-PRICED for the facilities provided, compared to what we've received in other holiday rentals in the same price range. If the owner is going to rent out a unit with only a 3-seater lounge and 3 stools why have 5 beds?

− No washing machine or stove would not be good for a long stay with a young family
