8.0清潔感あり、広々とした部屋で快適でした ただ1点だけ 自分でエアコンを調節しなければならなかったので暑くなったり寒くなったりしてよく眠れなかったです

10.0清潔感があり、広さも十分でとても滞在しやすかった。ユニットバスではなく、風呂トイレが別になっていたのもよかった。玄関で靴を脱ぐ部屋のタイプだったことも、細かいことだが個人的にはよかった。朝食の質もよく、周囲にも良質な飲食店があり、不満なところは一つもなかった。延泊をお願いした際の、スタッフの方の対応も迅速で丁寧だった。 また山形に出かける機会があれば利用したい。

4.0男性のビジネスホテルとしては、立地も含めとても快適。女性の観光ならば、断然、駅前のホテルをおすすめします。金額はほとんど変わらないのに、アメニティや設備等の差が大きいと思いました。
