Business trip

10.0

Five colleagues and I were very warmly welcomed and hosted by Judith and her friendly team during our week long business trip to Oldenzaal. Judith went out of her way to help make us feel at home, and allowed us the use of the hotel's breakfast room for our meetings, providing us with a projector, coffee, tea and water. I can not recommend the Hotel de Kroon highly enough for its hospitality and value for money, not to mention its ideal location close to Oldenzaal's friendly and welcoming centre with shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be using it again as our base on future visits to the area.

Zwischenstopp nach Amsterdam

2.0

Heel gastvrij. Mooi hotel in slechte staat. Heerlijk bed!

I liked it and yes was 'traditional' and dated BUT the staff are so lovely and it is budget price

10.0

I like my room n0 1 as it had a massive shower and double sink ( nearly like a bath!) The church bells are little disruptive but when you are tired then who cares No coffee or tea in the room but big room and sort of contemporary It was actually nice and somewhat endearing Locatuion is ideal and car park 35 meters away. The two ladies who looked after me was so genuine and caring. Sure they could do more but the people engagement outshone - well done you two

A little tired

6.0

Stayed here for a night whilst on business. The main point being the bed was comfortable and room clean. On the downside the hotel is ageing a little and some of the furnishing tired. Staff were friendly. There is a restaurant however I ate at one of the bars/restaurants in the town square, which is very close by. Breakfast was quite basic, yoghurt, sliced bread for toasting, one type of bread roll, cheese and ham. Also some boiled eggs which was the only hot food. As it is centrally located there is some street noise particularly in rooms at the front. Overall reasonable standard and value for money.
