4.0Staff support had no problem Room wash basin tap was very slow and only one towel provided was not clean. The fan made lot of noise so had to switch it off
First time i spent a day in such a bad hotel
1.0Better you remove this property from your list, or physically value it if possible If you realize they meet your standards , continue otherwise remove from your list. In my experience too bad service and unsatisfactory
