7.0Overall: The staff are friendly and do their best. If something isn't working, the staff will do their best to find a solution quickly.
− The air conditioning didn't work the first night, but after we reported it to the front desk, it was fixed the very next day. On the second day, the toilet’s flush didn’t work. In general, some things in the bathroom are showing their age (silicone seals, faucets, door frames that have already disintegrated due to water/moisture, etc.) and need to be renovated. This applies to many rooms. You can tell that the place is cleaned thoroughly, but renovations will be necessary over time. Having vacuum cleaners left in the hallways all day could pose a safety risk in an emergency. Please have this addressed for safety reasons—Note: The CityTax payment also includes “Osiguranje” insurance for each individual night’s stay, but this insurance will not cover issues related to safety—I’m pointing this out because it’s an easily resolvable issue, and I’d like to continue staying at this hotel in the future. I've been staying at this hotel on and off for years. Until now—including when booking through Booking.com—the conversion rate from euros to RSD has always been close to the daily exchange rate, at about 1%. During my last booking and payment, I noticed that the difference is now at about 2.5%.

6.0− Hotel nemá parkoviště ani parkování, ale inzeruje ho. Pošlou Vás do veřejného parkovacího domu, který je o několik ulic dál. Hotel nemá ani místo pro zastavení a vyložení zavazadel. Zbytek služeb je ale v pořádku.

− Where should I even start. Just to put highlights- - when I got to hotel they told me that someone already took my room using my name - once they sorted the room (got worse then booked of course) they explained to me that they don’t have parking space that I made reservation for and that I should park somewhere else because other guests have taken two spaces - my room wasn’t able to lock so they had to fix that - they charged me more for the tax although that should be included in the total amount given on booking List goes on.. Anyway I would strongly recommend you not to stay at this hotel. There is bunch of others you can find on booking for the same price in the same area.
