8.0Room was clean and well stocked. Supplied basic bathroom amenities and the room had a mini fridge. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly during interactions.
− No air conditioner which for most of the year in northern Vermont would be fine, unfortunately for me I happened to stay there during the hottest days in years. Decided to eat dinner at the restaurant. They sat me in the back room then forgot I was there for 15 minutes while they socialized in the main room. Once I eventually got my food it was good at least.

− The cleanliness and the tub needs help. Dining room is quaint but cobwebs along posts and beams. Building is showing wear
