− De communicatie. Ik had het hotel al maanden geleden geboekt maar werd niet geïnformeerd. het duurde twee uur voordat ik eindelijk iemand van booking aan de lijn kreeg. Heb extra kosten moeten maken om ander hotel te boeken.

Zimmer wurde bei Ankunft von Hotel storniert.

− Wir sind am Hotel angekommen. Tür verschlossen. Per Telefon niemand erreichbar. Ich sehe in meinen Mails nach und sehe dass mir das Hotel 10min vor meiner Ankunft mein Zimmer storniert hat. Es war 17 Uhr und nur noch ein Hotel hatte ein Zimmer frei. Wenn das Hotel gerade renoviert wird, wieso gibt man den Gästen nicht Bescheid, sondern storniert das Zimmer um 17 Uhr am Anreisetag?
