9.0− The driveway is very narrow and has a low tree branch at the end. Bigger cars you’re better off parking off site.

9.0Bedroom was so cosy and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped really well for cooking and stocked with drinks and snacks for guests. Bathroom was very clean.

1.0The property was nothing like the photos. I would not stay here again
− The property was nothing like the photos. The bathrooms are all shared bathrooms and there was issues with water leaking from the shower and historical water damage to the floor, The house was cold and dark. My room was at the back of the property and very dark. The house was full of signs with passive aggressive messages about what not to do and was not welcoming at all. I would not stay here again.

9.0Great value for money in lovely old Villa. Really good facilities with top kitchen/dining area in case you want to do your own dinner or breakfast. Also the complementary breakfast is great! Highly recommend!
This property is okay, we just enjoyed the place in TIMARU

− Heater is not be enough with the room that we booked, parking space is very challenging with the small entrance and you need to be careful in driving.
