Perfect place to stay in Hakone
10.0Luxurious but friendly, a place with unexpected history. The room was spacious, the view from our onsen very calming and beautiful. The staff is trying very hard to provide the best service possible. The food is exquisite. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

− Lack of on site laundry options (none at all), lack of shuttle from main train station. Shuttle only to closest train station 10m away, but not to/from bullet train station.

9.0Tomamos la opción del desayuno japones y nos gustó, aunque no son sabores a los que estemos acostumbrados para desayunar.
− El personal no habla muy buen ingles. No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel. La cena fabulosa.

6.0Breakfast was good overall. I once asked for to fried eggs in my room because I had to leave early for a day trip, but they only offered a lunch sandwich which was not very good but eating downstairs. Breakfast was good.

− There is limited options of transport from the station to the hotel but the drivers were lovely.
