8.0Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use

10.0Exceptional hotel with super cosy rooms, breakfast lounge has an amazing view at the lake, nice selection of dishes available, I wish I could stay longer.
