8.0Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und konnte bei Fragen bzw. Anliegen lösungsorientiert weiterhelfen.
− Die Wohnung 602 war bereits bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber. Gerade der Boden war dreckig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft. Keine normale Pfanne und kein Wender vorhanden. Das Kochen bzw. Zubereiten von Essen für 4 Personen gestaltet sich eher schwierig. Der große Kühlschrank, der Backhofen und die Kaffeekapselmaschine (Nespresso) sind sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist leider eine Katastrophe. Man kann nicht normal gerade auf der Toilette sitzen, da aufgrund des Waschbeckens kein Platz vorhanden ist. Die Duschtür lässt sich auch nur zur Hälfte öffnen, was den Einstieg in die Dusche erschwert. Hier ist auch wieder der Waschtisch im Weg. Die Duschkabine sollte dringend gewartet und abedichtet werden. (Schimmel)Kabel-TV Empfang ist im Jahr 2026 nicht mehr zeitgemäß, da nur lokale Sender vorhanden sind. Die Größe der Bettwäsche sollte bitte auch zu den vorhandenen Bettdecken passen. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, da in relativ ruhiger Seitenstraße zur Hauptstraße.
