− 露天風呂。 せっかくホテルが上の方の立地で、最上階にあるのに、景色が残念すぎる。 有料の露天風呂ならばいいのかもしれないが、入湯料を取っておき、期待感もあるのに残念だった。

− A porta do quarto não abria e nem fechava com facilidade.
ちょっと残念でした。
4.0− 食事の時間が、その時間の間で行けばいいのだと思ったらその最後に書いてある時間までだったので時間ギリギリ近くに行ったらもう時間ですと言われてビックリ‼️して大忙しで食事をした。 フロントできちんと説明して欲しかったです。
石段街も近く、コスパはよかった。
5.0伊香保の石段街が近かったので、食事前にゆっくりと散策できた。食堂が広くゆっくりと食事ができる。
