Loved the location, the house itself was nice. Good if u want to walk everywhere.

The location was by far the best part of this house everything is within walking distance. Ample room within the house with 2 balconies and a small garden area at the back of the house. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean

− There is a large breakfast bar with only 2 stools. It would have been nice to provided with more condiments in the kitchen and not just salt and pepper. There are very few power points especially in the kitchen area. Although there were 3 bathrooms not one had a lock, not good with anxious teenagers. The down stairs en-suite could also be accessed from the hall at the front door with neither door being able to be locked. Not enough bathroom toiletries for 4 nights for that many people. The bedrooms with the single beds the pillows were of poor quality and need replaced.

Excellent, spacious holiday retreat at the beach, in the heart of Merimbula.

Central location, easy to walk into town and access the beach. There are scenic views when relaxing in the house, super large kitchen easy for 2 families to holiday together. Having a dryer in the house was a bonus.

− Some of the utensils weren't logical in the kitchen. Also, the house only provides a days worth of soaps, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bag etct. We had to provide our own toilet paper which was dissapointing for a holiday house.

Fantastic location, close walk into town, very spacious, comfortable bedding, kitchen was well stocked to enable cooking.

− Only one bin in the whole house, no additional towels for guests, minimal lighting in the driveway.
