Great location. House very rundown.
5.0Location was very good. Getaway staff and manager were very attentive and helpful.
− Showers would run hot and cold whilst showering. Barbeque was very rusty and unusable (but Getaway replaced it). House was advertised as having air conditioning, but did not. Laundry door ceased to open and close. Not all lights were operational.

− Just not enough cooling on hot days and night, maybe a air conditioner or even some fans installed in rooms for air circulation

− No gas was available in the bottle to do outdoor BBQ.
A great stay in a very central location meeting all our needs.
7.0The location is excellent. It is right in the middle of Merimbula but still very quiet. There is plenty of beds and room for everyone. We had 8 single people. A lovely big kitchen table that seated us all so that we were able to eat meals altogether and play games. The 2 living areas were handy when we were watching different sporting games etc. or for a quiet space. Linen, towels and products were of a high standard.
− The stairs are quite steep for older people.
