10.0Beautiful Georgian building in a lovely setting, absolute pleasure to stay here, will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ludlow. Staff extremely helpful and the food was excellent.

We had a long drive fromto meet family for the day so we’re looking for a night
9.0The room was comfortable as far as the bed was concerned but the alternative seating was not very relaxing. The shower was lovely and roomy but the water pressure was quite low making it hard to de-soap!! The fan and water were appreciated in this hot weather.
− It is a dog friendly hotel but there is nowhere within the grounds to walk him round. Some guidance on where to take him nearby would be helpful.

8.0Location great. Cosy hotel, lovely big, clean rooms. Great to have a fridge, which had complimentary water and milk. Tea was of good quality (not PG or Typhoo rubbish). Nice, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and places to sit in the evening. Staff were lovely.
− It was a little frustrating that there were so many food items not available, although stated on the menu.. We asked for brown bread for sandwiches, to be told after the order was taken that they had run out of brown bread, the following evening we ordered our evening meal, one item not available, so ordered something different, then have the young man come back again to say another item not available! In morning we asked for croissants, again, none available.
