7.0The bathroom was not clean, and the water drainage was not working properly. In addition, the exhaust fan was not functioning. We stayed there for only 10 hours, but the ₹4109 I paid was a complete waste. The customer care and reception staff did not provide any proper welcome or support. This was a very disappointing hotel/resort experience. Including such properties on the Booking.com application may affect your reputation.
