6.0The overall experience was good. Except for the running all night big rigs right outside the building. Even on floor 5 it was window shaking. Could not sleep without earplugs.
− Too loud. Running big rigs right outside all night shaking the windows. Had to wear earplugs all night.
My stay was wonderful because of wonderful staff, a great location and a very nice hotel.
10.0Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. I also love the location away from the downtown St. George area. Traffic in that area is very busy, but this location has much better parking and easy road access. The views from the property are also wonderful.

− 予約を取った後、何度も予約確認をしたかったので、メールを送りましたが全く返事がありませんでした。ホテルのメールアドレス宛に直接送っても、Booking.comのサイトを通じてメッセージを送っても返事はありません。本当に予約が取れているのか心配になりました。その後、ホテル宛に直接電話をかけたらきちんと電話は通じて、予約が取れていることが確認できたので問題はなかったのですが、とても不安になりました。 おそらくこのホテルでは、誰もメールの確認をしていないのだと思います。それを除けば、とても良いホテルでした。予約の確認をしたい方はぜひ電話をかけてみてください。
