6.0This was a lovely property…except I woke up to find two long black hairs on my pillow as well as the duvet that I didn’t see prior to going to bed. Either their cleaners did not change the bedding ( most likely) or their laundry needs work. Either way I was completely grossed out. I am blonde so clearly not my hair. This is a health hazard. Such a shame as the unit is ideally located and at first glance is in great condition.
