Nice but a little pricey.
8.0The view from the restaurant reminded us a lot Port Huron. With the big ships and trains.
− The walls weren’t very thick (sound isolating). We could hear people next door using the bathroom.

9.0Tolle Sicht auf den Mississippi. Gute Innenstadtlage, Restaurants, Fast Food, Breweries fußläufig. Gepflegte Straßen und Wege und kostenfreie Parkplätze gleich am Hotel, das getrennt durch eine mittelmäßig stark befahrene Straße und Bahnlinie unmittelbar am Mississippi liegt. Geräumige Suite im oberen Geschoss. Schalldichte Fenster, so dass der in unmittelbarer Nähe stattfindende Auto- und Zugverkehr absolut nicht stört. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
− Nachteil: Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Schade ist, dass die Dachterrasse nicht frei zugänglich ist, sondern der Zugang Event-abhängig ist.
Excellent hotel experience
10.0Second or third stay at this hotel and always very clean. Professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed Kandi at the restaurant both times we dined and Maxwell’s and food was great!

8.0Breakfast was fine
− Cramped bathroom and strange design of shower which allowed water to go minimally on the floor.
It was a decent stay, but for the price, I was disappointed.
6.0The facilities were nice.
− I booked two queen beds but was given a king. No free continental breakfast, I had to pay extra. Parking was difficult and inconvenient. Our Kleenex box was empty when we arrived.
Outstanding Dining Experience and Wonderful Hotel Stay
10.0The hotel room was well decorated and clean and the check-in staff were helpful and friendly. A special note was Maxwell’s on the river Restaurant. Chef Tessa Cardoza accommodated my husband’s eating needs exceptionally well. His food was well presented and delicious. This kindness extended to myself, my brother and sister-in-law in that it allowed us to enjoy a meal out with with our loved one which we seldom get to do. Both our server for dinner on May 12 and for breakfast on May 13 we’re also exceptional. They answered our many questions and requests not only for my husband’s needs, but for another guest who requires a strict gluten-free diet. They were friendly, patient and professional. We would highly recommend both the hotel and Maxwell’s on the river. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.
