Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Perfekte Lage für die Salzburger Festspiele, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

A localização é excelente, a uma distância a pé dos principais pontos de interesse na cidade e o quarto é bem confortável. Como reservei em cima da hora, não percebi que o banheiro seria compartilhado. No entanto, não tive nenhum problema com relação a isso e estava tudo muito limpo todas as vezes que utilizei.

− Como não falo alemão, tive um pouco de dificuldade na chegada, pois é preciso tocar uma campainha específica para a recepção. E a pessoa que me recebeu não falava bem inglês. Mas deu tudo certo no final das contas.

location was good, just in the periphery of old town, fairly accessible to most places by walking, although the main train station was a bit further away, but still walkable. Property is charming, with the room overlooking the courtyard with a nice restaurant and bakery downstairs, as well as a few bars/restaurants a stone throw away.

− Room was quite hot in summer, although a fan was provided. One main issue I had was that the hotel representative was not very forthcoming when asked about the complimentary Guest Mobility ticket that you are entitled to when travelling to Salzburg, when I asked about it, the response was that the issuing system was not working for a while. This contradicted the information from the information center, i.e. they did issue the ticket to someone else on the day I arrived. This could have saved me some money for public transport.

有露天大陽台，正對廣場，距離超市、車站和景點都很方便。浴室很大，房間很通風、涼爽。

− 房東要求不能在房間抽煙，但整棟大樓充斥著令人窒息的煙味，實在太不舒服了

Location that it ends there

− Old dirty looking run down hotel needs a face lift. Owner was a torn face disaster. I would avoid if I was you. For the money you pay complete rip off.
