− Old room, there is actually black mold growing on their wall.
Hotel není udržovaný. Jsou tam termiti a úklid není na evropském standartu.
4.0Snaživý personál.
− Čistota. Toto není hotel pro Evropany. Navíc nám noci zkazili opilí hosté v protějším bungalovech.

− The resort has seen better days. Geyser doesn’t work. Doors were broken.

3.0Horrible la limpieza que es crucial. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque era insoportable el olor a pis procedente del baño. Nos cambiaron y ocurría lo mismo.

1.0− As imagens publicadas na plataforma estão muito longe da realidade atual do hotel. Todo o espaço está visivelmente degradado, gasto e a precisar de manutenção urgente.O serviço de limpeza falhou completamente. Apesar de termos pedido explicitamente que limpassem o quarto durante dois dias seguidos, a equipa apenas fez a cama no segundo dia. Não limparam absolutamente nada e nunca trocaram as toalhas.Para além disso, a roupa de cama estava encardida e as toalhas fornecidas eram velhas, gastas e tinham o logótipo de outro hotel. O pequeno-almoço também foi uma grande desilusão, não tendo nada a ver com o que é apresentado nas fotografias do anúncio. Não recomendo.

10.0Clean and spacious room and bathroom, best shower I’ve had in all of Indonesia. The balcony was lovely to sit on. Great location away from busy central, but still close enough to everything you could need.
