− Very noisy late at night. Was not sent check in information had to call to get it and person on the phone had to keep putting me on hold to find out what to do to get me in.

− The property is perfect. The bed is horrible and the couch could use some new cushions.

10.0Great location. Comfortable and clean. Responsive staff reached by phone when elevator failed to work.
− Don't like paying extra for parking. I consider getting "nickled and dimed." THe parking lot was empty and yet we had to pay extra. Didn't like getting routed through a call center when I tried to get help for the broken elevator (only access into the building) but was able to get a fairly quick call back from a local manager who was helpful. Strongly recommend providing door code access to side stairwell exit in case elevator malfunction.

− Very noisy area.Loud music from a nightclub next door. Place isn’t clean or kept up. Unit 319 kitchen isn’t stocked for preparing food. Entrance door malfunctioned & locked us out. Called about it, no one came. Wasn’t repaired the next day either. Would not recommend!
