− Really poor pick up service from the airport. Bus had no signage, the driver refused to let me on as he didn't know the name of the hotel. He knew it as simply encore or W11. It took me 2.5 hours to get picked up and even then I had to argue with the driver. Very poor service. Don't mention Wyndham or Marriott the drivers think what relates to other hotels that the chain own.

8.0It's like business hotel / transfer hotel. Don't book if you want to explore shanghai.. Shuttle bus connectivity to airport and from there you can roam around via metro, but it will take nearly around 1.30 hr to reach city center in total.
