− 洗面台の縁の裏がトイレに座ると見えるのですが、黒カビが見えて残念。 2日目にミネラルウオーターの補充が無かった。フロントに貰いにいかなければならなかった

10.0We paid for a standard twin room (two beds) via Agoda (a third-party service). When we checked into the hotel, a hotel receptionist informed us that Agoda had ordered a double room (one bed for two people) instead. She also said there were no standard twin rooms available that week (except for that night), which made us quite stressed out. Later that day, we checked in, expecting a one-night stay, but a new hotel receptionist, Aurora, said there were rooms reserved for emergency scenarios. She very kindly got us a standard twin room for that week. We are so grateful for her and really enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderful and the cleaning ladies did a wonderful job cleaning the room each morning.
