Quaint fun stay downtown
6.0There is only street parking available, and only on the same street IF there’s availability. There was several, walkable really tasty places nearby. The main issues we had were related to the internal A/C control being so bright and unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the windows are so thin that you could hear all noises from outside.

10.0We loved our room. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. The communication with the host was great. We had a mix up on which building our room was In and even at 11:30 at night we got a quick response. It was really nice being so close to downtown Fort Collins.

10.0Great location and accommodation. Comfy bed and good shower, it was all I needed since my days were full outside. Clean and nice to get a cup of coffee or tea provided on the premises.
