After driving through traffic for almost 4 hours, when we arrived an older man with a mobile phone told us we did not in fact have a booking, that the hotel did not in fact exist as a hotel - even though all signage was still up. The man asked me to speak with head office on his phone who confirmed no booking, regardless of my e-mail confirmations. We were not the only people affected by this, luckily for us we found alternative accommodation at a higher rate as we were attending the Take That concert locally. Absolutely disgusted with lack of communication & now to be asked for a review? Even Expedia it seems are unaware that this accommodation does not exists and still advertises it. Please Expedia, remove from your searches.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut , aufgrund von sehr schlechten Fenstern und die direkte Nähe zur Stadtautobahn.

The hotel lobby entrance was locked, so had to call the manager to gain access to the hotel. The manager was helpful but the room was average at best. Whilst it was warm, the single glazed windows and flimsy curtains did little to stop the car noise (next to dual carriageway) and street lights. The on-suite bathroom was clean and modern but disappointing that there was no wardrobe or hangers for clothes and no TV in the room.
