Great locatipn. Great value. Spacious room with shared outdoor seating area. Quiet. No frills, but lovelu kind and helpful staff. Allowed me to hold my bags there prior to check in and check in late. Assisted me in finding transportation to airport. Would recommend to travelers on a budget who still want some space and privacy and a no hassle experience just a hop away from Corong Corong Beach and a 5 minute ride i to the center of town.

My family of three recently enjoyed an eight-day stay at this guesthouse in El Nido. If you are looking for an affordable, no-frills accommodation and value genuine local hospitality, this is a wonderful choice. 📍​Location & Accessibility ​The inn is perfectly positioned for those who want to be near the action while avoiding the intense noise of the town center. 🌸​ Convenience: It is less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and just a 1-minute walk to the Cherry Bus station. 🌸 ​Nearby Amenities: The property is close to the public market, a Caltex gas station, and various drugstores, making it easy to purchase groceries and essentials at local prices. 📍​Accommodations & Housekeeping ​The rooms are simple, functional, and clean. While this is not a luxury property, it is excellent value for money given the price point in El Nido. ​🌸 Room Quality: We stayed in Room B2. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. ​ 🌸 Housekeeping: Please note that daily housekeeping is not automatically provided. During our one-week stay, our room was cleaned once. However, the hosts are very accommodating; if you prefer a cleaner room, simply inform the staff or leave your key at the front desk when you would like them to service your room. ​🌸 Amenities: Free Wi-Fi is available (though speeds can be slow, especially at night). There is a rooftop terrace for dining or relaxing, equipped with binoculars for viewing the nearby mountains. ​📍 Exceptional Service & Hospitality ​The inn is family-managed, and the hosts—Jessa and Kai (I believe) — are incredibly kind, responsive, and go above and beyond for their guests. ​ 🌸 Going the Extra Mile: The level of care provided by Jessa and Kai is truly commendable. On our final day, we accidentally left one of our bags behind. Jessa was incredibly easy to contact via WhatsApp and went to the significant effort of arranging a tricycle to deliver our luggage to us at Lio Beach.

− ​✅ Important Note on Water Quality: Please be aware that the tap water supply in the area is inconsistent. During our stay, the water occasionally appeared muddy (yellow to brown) and had a noticeable scent of rust. For your health and comfort, we strongly suggest avoiding the use of tap water for brushing your teeth. While the inn provides a water dispenser for safe drinking water, those with highly sensitive constitutions may prefer to purchase bottled water.

Le personnel était adorable, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est super et le rapport qualité prix est correcte

− Il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur au plafond, la douche pas top l’eau avait une odeur très forte et beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre

Room and surrounding looks great but lack of electricity made our stay difficult.

The room was okay for one night, I liked the balcony and was walking distance to El Nido shops and resturants as well as Bus terminal.

− The electricity was off from the beginning of our stay. I think they didnt have a generator. We only booked it for a few hours stay so we ended up staying outside our room upstairs in the breafast area for majority of our stay in hope of some air but it was really hot. Eventually they managed to get the electricity back for around last 1 hour of our stay but the fan wasnt enough to cool down the room as it was so hot. The water from tap was coming yellow.
